Refund policy

1. Scope of Policy Due to the intimate nature of sleepwear and our commitment to hygiene, returns for a full refund are strictly limited to manufacturing defects or faults. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, style preference, or incorrect sizing selection.

2. Manufacturer Faults If an item is received with a verifiable manufacturing defect (e.g., failed seams, non-functional hardware, fabric tears prior to use):

  • You must notify our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the fault.

  • Upon verification, a full refund or a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

3. Sizing Exchanges We understand that fit is critical for comfort. While we do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing, we provide a one-time size exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the original item to our warehouse.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume, or makeup.

  • Items with removed tags or broken hygiene seals.

  • Sale or "Final Clearance" items.

5. How to Initiate a Claim Contact our logistics department with your order number and "EXCHANGE" or "FAULT" in the subject line (moreishthestore@gmail.com). Please refer to our Sizing Guide located on every product page prior to purchase to ensure the correct fit.
